Generous benefit funding on top of your base salary (15%, 11% or 25% depending on which division you join). For most of our programmes, you can choose to take this funding flexibly, in benefits, cash or a combination of both. If you are RBSelect eligible, you may choose to spend your benefit funding on a wide range of options, including:
