A wide and varied programme
Get ready for one of the broadest programmes available to our graduates. Corporate Markets take care of all the banking needs of our business customers. That requires the skills and expertise of a wide variety of professionals, from specialists in areas such as Treasury, Wealth and Operations, to Relationship Managers who bring everything together to the advantage of our business and commercial customers.
A rich mix of training
The two-year programme is fast-paced. You’ll rotate through a series of placements in our lending divisions such as Corporate Banking, Business and Commercial Banking, and Property Finance. You’ll also have the chance of a placement in one of our specialist non-lending areas such as Capital Markets or Wealth. There’ll be a rich mix of technical and business training throughout, tailored to your needs and aspirations. You’ll have access to our very own Corporate Markets One Academy, and its huge range of learning resources. Plus, we’ll provide financial support towards the cost of achieving your professional qualifications. At the end of the programme you’ll have a wide variety of career paths open to you.
The qualities we look for
We’re looking for people with the ability to deliver for our business clients. You’ve got to be the kind of person who knows how to network and can build good business relationships. Academically, a Finance, Economics or Business-related degree is preferred, although we take graduates in Corporate Markets from any degree discipline.
