Induction
The Group Graduate Development calendar kicks off with an event where all new graduates get together for a Group induction at our headquarters at Gogarburn in Edinburgh. This is a great networking opportunity for everyone – to meet graduates across all our different programmes and start to form the relationships that are important to your development and, of course, social life. You’ll also meet key executives from around the business, including Sir Fred Goodwin our Group Chief Executive, and get an immediate insight into the strategic direction and drive of the Group.
