Each of our programmes has its own development structure that is relevant to that business. But in every case, graduates get help to develop key business skills, such as working in teams, project management, influencing, communicating and presenting. Plus there’s specific technical training whenever you need it. And you’ll also have the opportunity to continue studying for professional qualifications or take part in many of our Group-funded community programmes to develop skills such as leadership, communication and team working.
