Buddies and mentors are employed successfully in many areas of our business. A mentor will invariably be a manager or senior manager within your area, who will be able to help you guide your career and help you achieve your development goals. Your buddy will more than likely be a graduate from a previous year’s intake. You can tap into their knowledge and experience and ask questions.
