Our programmes are open to all graduates, regardless of when you graduated.
You will still be considered if you have exceptional circumstances. Our application form includes a text box where you can provide details of your exceptional circumstances or the reasons why you do not have the UCAS requirements. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis. Please note that proof of your exceptional circumstances will be required.
These begin in October 2009 and finish in March 2010. When you apply, we will keep you informed of each stage of the process to make sure you know when, or if, you will be required for an assessment centre. However, please note we run assessment centres on an ongoing basis and occasionally close programmes early if we have an overwhelming response. It is best to apply as early as possible.
Come along to one of our presentations or meet us at a careers fair near you, and there will be a chance to talk to one of the graduates who have joined us in recent years.
There are specific locations for each of the programmes. Whatever programme you decide upon, the more flexible you are the better. As a business that covers virtually every corner of the UK and with a very real global presence, ultimately you could be based in any of a number of locations.

For certain programmes, such as Finance, ideally you should have a degree in Finance, Business or a Management-related discipline. But most are open to all graduates who have a 2:1 in any discipline. We also have two programmes which accept a 2:2. In addition, our Manufacturing Leadership programme is perfect for second jobbers – your people and project management experience will be tested to the full, expect challenge and early responsibility on this programme.The most important thing is that you choose a programme that you are passionate about – and where you can show that you’re really suited to the environment.
